Safeguarding in Cricket is based upon the concept of providing an enjoyable cricket environment that is tailored to the needs and requirements of children.
ECB safeguarding children and child-protection website contains full details of that Policy and other relevant documentation including information on vetting checks (more commonly known as Criminal Records Bureau checks).

Barnes Cricket Club fully supports the ECB Safe Hands Policy. All our coaches & volunteers are subject to the relevant Vetting checks and our coaches are all affiliated to the ECB Coaches Association.
